Dentures in Western Sydney

Custom-fitted full and partial dentures that restore your smile, bite and confidence — designed and fitted at our Ropes Crossing Village clinic.

Restore Your Smile with Comfortable, Custom Dentures

Modern dentures are a far cry from the ill-fitting, uncomfortable appliances of the past. Today's dentures are lightweight, natural-looking, and crafted to fit your unique mouth anatomy — giving you a comfortable, functional smile without the bulk or instability that older designs were known for.

We offer full dentures for patients who have lost all their teeth in an arch, and partial dentures for those who still have some natural teeth remaining. Both types are custom-fabricated using precise impressions of your mouth, ensuring a snug fit and natural appearance. We also offer implant-retained dentures for patients who want the added stability and confidence that dental implants provide.

Getting dentures involves a series of appointments to take measurements, try in the appliance, and make adjustments. We'll walk you through every step and ensure you're completely happy with the fit, feel and appearance before finalising your dentures.

Comfortable Dentures, Fitted with Precision

We take the time to get the fit right — because a well-fitting denture changes everything.

Custom-Made for Your Mouth

Every denture we fit is made from precise impressions of your mouth — not a generic mould. This means better retention, improved comfort and a more natural appearance that suits your face and bite.

Full & Partial Options Available

Whether you need to replace all your teeth or just a few, we have a solution. Partial dentures clip onto remaining natural teeth for stability, while full dentures rely on suction and the shape of your gum ridge.

Implant-Retained Dentures Available

For maximum stability, implant-retained dentures snap onto 2–4 dental implants — eliminating movement and allowing you to eat, speak and laugh with complete confidence.

Ongoing Care & Adjustments

Your mouth changes shape over time as the bone and gums adapt. We include follow-up adjustments and provide you with clear guidance on how to care for and maintain your dentures for long-term comfort and hygiene.

Dentures — Your Questions Answered

From the first impression appointment to your final fit, the process typically takes 4–6 weeks. This includes several appointments for impressions, a bite registration, a try-in stage, and the final fit. We do not rush the process — getting the fit right the first time saves significant discomfort later.
New dentures almost always require an adjustment period of a few weeks. You may experience increased saliva, some soreness on the gums, and difficulty with certain sounds or foods initially. These issues resolve as your mouth adapts. We always include follow-up adjustment appointments to address any pressure spots.
Yes, though you may need to start with softer foods and work up to a more normal diet as you adjust. Implant-retained dentures offer significantly better chewing stability than conventional dentures. With time, most denture patients eat a wide variety of foods comfortably.
Dentures should be removed nightly, brushed with a soft denture brush and soaked in a denture cleaning solution. Don't use regular toothpaste — it's too abrasive. Rinse your mouth and gums after removal and brush any remaining natural teeth as normal.
Conventional dentures are made after your remaining teeth have been removed and the gums have healed (around 6–8 weeks). Immediate dentures are made in advance and inserted on the same day as extractions — so you're never without teeth, but they'll require relining once healing is complete as the gum shape changes.
