Before You Book
What dental services does Serene Family Dental offer?
General dentistry including check-ups, cleans, fillings and extractions. Restorative treatment including dental implants, crowns, bridges, dentures and root canal. Cosmetic work including clear aligners, veneers, teeth whitening, composite bonding and smile design. Plus sedation dentistry, gum disease treatment, wisdom teeth removal, emergency dentistry and children's dentistry.
Do you accept health fund patients?
Yes. We accept all major Australian health funds and claim on the spot through HICAPS, so you pay only the gap on the day. We are a NIB preferred provider, which means lower out-of-pocket costs for NIB members. We also bulk bill eligible children under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer payment plans through humm and Afterpay so you can spread the cost of treatment over time. Interest-free options are available for eligible patients. Ask our front desk team at your appointment.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
We are at Unit G4/80C Ropes Crossing Blvd, inside Ropes Crossing Village, with free parking. We are open Monday to Wednesday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Thursday 12:30 pm to 7:30 pm, and Friday and Saturday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. We are closed Sundays.
