You can book online 24/7 via our booking page, or call us on (02) 9053 1995 during opening hours. New patients are always welcome and we offer same-day appointments for urgent concerns.
We're open Monday & Tuesday 9:30 am – 6 pm, Wednesday 9:30 am – 7:30 pm, Thursday 12:30 pm – 7:30 pm, Friday 1 – 6 pm, and Saturday 10:30 am – 7 pm. We are closed on Sundays. Our extended weekday and Saturday hours make it easy to fit in around work and school.
Call us immediately on (02) 9053 1995 — we keep same-day emergency slots available. For a knocked-out tooth, keep it moist (in milk or the patient's own saliva) and get to us as quickly as possible. For after-hours emergencies, call the practice and follow the instructions on our voicemail.
Please bring your Medicare card, private health insurance card, a list of any current medications, and any relevant dental or medical records if you have them. Arriving 5–10 minutes early to complete your new patient registration form is appreciated.
Costs & Payments
A standard check-up and clean starts from $230. If you have private health insurance with dental cover, a significant portion (or all) of this may be covered depending on your policy. We offer on-the-spot HICAPS claiming and interest-free payment plans for larger treatments. Visit our Offers & Pricing page for more details.
Yes, we accept all major health funds and are a preferred provider with NIB. We use HICAPS for on-the-spot claiming so you only pay the gap on the day of your appointment — no out-of-pocket paperwork required.
Yes. We offer interest-free payment plans to help spread the cost of more involved dental treatments. This makes it easier to proceed with the care you need without delay. Ask our reception team for details when you book or at your next visit.
We are registered providers under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), which offers eligible children aged 2–17 up to $1,095 in benefits over two consecutive calendar years for basic dental services. Please bring your Medicare card and we can check your child's eligibility on the day. We do not bulk bill for general adult appointments.
General Dentistry
For most patients, a check-up and clean every 6 months is recommended. If you have a history of gum disease, frequent cavities, or other risk factors, we may suggest more frequent visits. Our dentists will advise the right recall interval for your individual needs.
Absolutely. We see anxious patients every day and take a gentle, unhurried approach. Please let us know before your appointment and we'll make sure you feel comfortable and in control throughout. We also offer sedation dentistry for patients who need extra support.
Yes, we love seeing little ones! We recommend bringing your child in around their first birthday or when their first tooth appears — whichever comes first. Early visits help children feel at ease at the dentist and allow us to monitor their dental development from the start. Learn more on our Children's Dentistry page.
A root canal removes infected or inflamed tissue from inside the tooth to save it from extraction. Thanks to modern anaesthesia and techniques, root canal treatment today is no more uncomfortable than a standard filling. Most patients are surprised by how manageable the procedure is. You may experience mild soreness for a day or two afterwards, which settles quickly.
Common signs include bleeding gums when brushing or flossing, red or swollen gums, persistent bad breath, receding gums, or loose-feeling teeth. However, gum disease often has no obvious symptoms in its early stages — which is exactly why regular check-ups are so important. Our dentists assess your gum health at every visit.
A standard check-up and clean typically takes 45–60 minutes. This includes a thorough oral examination, professional scale and clean, X-rays if clinically indicated, and a discussion about any concerns or recommended treatments.
Cosmetic Treatments
Invisalign uses a series of custom-made, clear removable aligners to gradually straighten your teeth — no metal braces required. It works well for mild to moderate crowding, spacing, and bite issues. The best way to find out if you're suitable is to book a consultation with our team. Learn more on our Invisalign page.
Yes, professional teeth whitening performed or supervised by a dentist is safe for most patients. We offer both in-chair and take-home whitening options. Temporary tooth sensitivity is the most common side effect and typically resolves within a few days. We'll assess your suitability at a consultation first.
Porcelain veneers typically last 10–15 years with good care, and many last even longer. Composite veneers generally last 5–7 years. Avoiding habits like nail-biting, chewing ice, or using your teeth as tools will help extend their lifespan. Regular dental check-ups are important to monitor their condition over time.
With proper care, dental implants can last 20 years or more — often a lifetime. The titanium implant itself is highly durable, while the crown on top may need replacing after 10–15 years depending on wear. Good oral hygiene and regular dental visits are key to long-term implant success. Visit our Dental Implants page to learn more.
